3.                 Review the functioning of Print Spooler

  • Open the run application by hitting the Windows+R key together.

  • A dialogue box will pop up by the name 'Services'. In the mentioned list, scroll down to spot Print Spooler. Take a look if Service Status is shown as Started. 
  • Just in case the Service status appears as 'Stopped', right-click on the Print Spooler to open its Properties. Change the Services status by pressing the start button. 

4.                 Reset the Printer
